I have always worked alone, I learned early on the advantages of leverage, wheels, and the inclined plane. Use your mind for working out a plan, gathering the right tools, and putting every mechanical advantage to work for you. And if all else fails an offering of cold beer works wonders.
That’s all we’re good for? Armchair quarterbacking? C’mon, I’m sure there’s a Rent-A-Hubby outlet near you. They’re good for all sorts of things, yard work, auto repair, bug elimination as well as lifting heavy objects. And if you call now, they’ll throw in a complimentary upgrade to one that cooks too. Backyard barbecue? No problem, call now, operators are standing by…

Helium balloons. That’s how the Egyptians did it.
If you don’t care to go looking for some strapping young lads to help you out then build cribbing using 2×4’s or other scrap wood to slowly raise it up to the height needed.
